Besides, you can create individual subscription forms for each group.

To create a new group, just click on the "Create mailing list" button. In the window that appears, enter the following information: List Name, List Owners Name, List Owners Email. Then simply click the "Save changes" button to complete. The new group will appear on your list, and you can begin working with it right away.

This page keeps all the newsletters you have created; here you can view them, edit them or delete them. On the same page, you can see all the information you may need for each on your existing messages: when it was created, which format it has, and how many times it has been mailed.

On the first step of the newsletter creation process, you can choose the Newsletter Format and the template you are going to use. The newsletter format can be HTM: you can import a predefined newsletter or web page from a CD or off the Internet by indicating the source URL. You can otherwise create an original newsletter using your images (your logo, pictures, icons), sizes and text location, different colors. The built-in WYSIWYG editor will let you all the tools available for working with regular HTML.

This page displays a table that carries the history of your mail-outs, including the date a certain newsletter was mailed out, the message subject, and the list of the recipients the letter was sent to.

You may find this page convenient when you have many customers, which you actively communicate with via e-mail.
You will find it more convenient to compose new newsletters for your good old customers and avoid sending the same information over again for a number of times when you use this page frequently.
