SQL-RD

Automate single or batch SQL Reports daily, weekly, monthly etc.

More Information

  • Tired of spending the first week of every month manually running Microsoft® SQL Server Reporting Services reports?
  • Wish there was a way to schedule reports from multiple servers and manage the schedules in one place?
  • Wish you could schedule a batch of reports as a "Package" and have them all sent out in the same e-mail?
  • Want to output to a folder or fax or ftp or printer instead of just email?
  • Output into Word, Excel, PDF, HTM, TIF, RTF and more...?
  • Want to schedule reports which have parameters and re-use the reports over and over again?
  • Want a quick return on your investment?
  • Want to cut report writing, scheduling and administration costs?
  • Need a Microsoft® SQL Server Reporting Services reports scheduler which is reliable, stable, feature-rich and easy to use?

If you are a Microsoft® SQL Server Reporting Services reports user, and you have answered YES to any of the above, then SQL-RD is the program for you.

SQL-RD is an application for Windows that saves time and money by making it easy to define single or packages of Microsoft® SQL Server Reporting Services reports, schedule and run them automatically, and send the reports to print, fax, disk, ftp or email in a number of standard formats.

Simply set up a schedule stating how often you would like each report to run, whether you'd like the output in Word, Excel, HTML, RTF, Acrobat, text format, and more and who it should be sent to.

Use standard frequencies like Daily, weekly, monthly or set up your own custom frequencies e.g. 4-4-3, every other day, third Monday of the month.

It's easy to schedule reports to run at a specific date and time, or to run them hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly.

The same report can be scheduled to be run multiple times with different parameters, formats, frequencies, and destinations.

Features

  • Schedule reports to run at a specific date and time or Hourly, Daily, Week Days, Weekly or Monthly.  Or set up your own custom frequency calendars.
  • Export reports to many file formats including Microsoft® Word, Rich Text (RTF), Excel® (XLS), HTML, PDF, CSV, DOC and lots more
  • Email your report (CC and BCC too!) using SMTP, Outlook®, Exchange®, MAPI or SQL-RDMail.
  • Print your report.
  • Schedule your report to print to multiple printers (Bulk Printing)
  • Send your report to a local or  network folder or directory.
  • Transfer your report to an FTP folder or destination.
  • Fax your report.
  • Run custom actions before your report is exported.
  • Run custom actions after the report export has completed.
  • The same report can be scheduled to be run multiple times with different parameters, formats, frequency and destinations.
"Dynamic" schedules will reel through a database, automatically populate parameter values, and send reports to the corresponding email address from a database. Use our easy interface, or paste in your own fancy SQL script.  With some manipulation, add conditions and criteria, and lots more...
