Time Clock Manager Pro - Employee time clock and management software program for businesses.

• Clock employees and staff in and out
• Records the time workers clock in and clock out
• Can be used in conjunction with touch screen monitors. A touch screen is elective and is not necessary.

• Print functions to give employees the option to print out schedules, track total hours on the job.  The administrator has various choices as to what the employee can do.
• Reports available for employees logged in and out times.
• Functions on one or multiple computers and can be utilized on a large or small NT or Novell PC network.
• Options to view photo of an employee that logs in and logs out is optional.
• Ability to set audio to play custom .wav files for each employee when they clock in or out is optional.
• Display Custom Messages for an Employee on the screen as they clock in and clock out. (Optional)
• Custom Message can be displayed on the Time Clock. For example you can have your business name.  This is optional.
• Records sick days, vacation days, total time employee worked.
• Customized reporting for Time Clock Calculator.
• Compatible with both Access or MS SQL Databases (This is an option and MS SQL is not required to use the software)
• Web Based Time Clock is optional.

If you would like to take advantage of additional security features, you can take pictures of employees when they clock in and out.  A photo camera can be purchased on its own from AXIS.COM. 
(Note: a camera is not necessary to use Time Clock Manager Pro.?

Finger Print verification can also be added for additional security.  (Note: A Finger Printer Scanner is not necessary to use Time Clock Manager Pro.  A Secugen Fingerprint Scanner is required to be bought on its own from Secugen.com in the event you choose to make your log in and out process a Biometric Time Clock Software)
